QIVIOO

Refund Policy

Last updated

New Qivioo accounts receive a 14-day free trial starting when the account is created. During this period, you can explore the dashboard, add products, and prepare your store before choosing a paid subscription. If you do not activate a paid plan before the trial ends, your storefront and checkout will be paused. You can still sign in to billing and upgrade. Trial expiry does not delete your products or orders.

Existing merchants who signed up for an unlimited free plan before this change retain their current free access.

Try Qivioo before upgrading

We encourage you to use your 14-day free trial before purchasing a subscription. It gives you a practical way to understand the platform and check whether its features meet your needs before spending anything.

If you have questions about a feature or plan limit, contact us before upgrading. We are happy to help you choose the right option.

Subscription renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle you selected. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not want the subscription to renew. A renewal charge is not normally refundable when the subscription remained active and available for use.

Upgrading and downgrading

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through the available account or billing settings.

If you cancel, you will normally retain access to your current paid plan until the end of the billing period. Changes to another paid plan follow the terms and effective date shown during the plan change.

For accounts created under the 14-day trial offer, a paid plan is required to keep the store open after the original trial expires. Cancelling or changing plans does not restart or extend that trial. If paid access ends after the trial has expired, the storefront and checkout will be paused until a paid plan is activated.

Existing merchants with unlimited free access may return to their free plan, subject to its features and limits.

When we will review a refund

We will review a refund request when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription period

  • You were charged after a cancellation that was completed before the renewal date

  • You were charged for a plan you did not select or authorise

  • The amount charged was different from the price presented at checkout

  • A confirmed billing or technical error on Qivioo’s side prevented you from receiving the paid service

  • A refund is required under applicable law

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund. We review the account, billing history, service availability, and circumstances before making a decision.

Situations that are generally not refundable

We generally do not issue refunds because:

  • You changed your mind after upgrading

  • You did not use the account or paid features

  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal date

  • You no longer need the store or subscription

  • A feature was available but was not configured or used

  • A third-party service, payment provider, domain provider, or integration experienced a problem outside Qivioo’s control

  • Your account was restricted or terminated because of a violation of our Terms of Service

We will still consider any mandatory rights or exceptional circumstances that apply to the request.

How to request a review

Email hey (@) qivioo.com from the address connected to your Qivioo account.

Please include:

  • Your name and store name

  • The email address connected to the account

  • The date and amount of the charge

  • The invoice or transaction reference, if available

  • A short explanation of what happened

We may ask for additional information to confirm the account or transaction. Please do not send complete card numbers, passwords, private keys, or other sensitive payment information.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the billing provider, payment provider, and financial institution involved.

Currency conversion, banking charges, blockchain fees, and fees imposed independently by third parties may not be recoverable by Qivioo.

Store orders and customer refunds

This policy applies to subscription payments made to Qivioo.

Refunds for products or services purchased from a Qivioo-powered store are the responsibility of the merchant operating that store. Customers should contact the merchant directly using the contact information or store policies shown on that storefront.
